He was predeceased by : his wife Mabel; his parents, Theodore Keats and Mary Leah Keats; and his grandson Troy Penney. He is survived by : his child Leaving; his grandchildren, Randy, Leona (Erik), Christine (Herb) and Linda (Bert); his brother Edith (George); and also Frank (Annie).
