Edward Caines Obituary

We bid farewell to Edward Caines of Portland Creek, Newfoundland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 11, 2025 at the age of 90. Edward touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Viola; his parents, Eliza Caines and Hebbert Caines; and his siblings, Thomas, Henry, Norman, Jerry, Myra and Mariah.

He is survived by: his son Valma Harding (Paul); his grandson Joseph Caines (Amber); his great grandchildren, Cole Caines, Ashley Caines and Matthew Harding; and his siblings, Parker Caines and Vera Hynes (Daniel).

A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM.
