She was predeceased by: her parents, George Osmond and Lillian Osmond; her husband Leslie Chaulk; her siblings, Julie Walters (Fred), Lucy Temple (Larry), Hazel Downey (Bill), George Osmond (Dorothy) and Nelson Osmond (Anne); and her parents-in-law, Stan and Frances Chaulk.
She is survived by: her daughter Roxanne; her grandchildren, Jennifer and Tim Osmond (Goldie); her great grandchildren, Brody, Peyton, Riley and Iris; and her sister-in-law Irene Chaulk. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
