She is survived by : her children, Robert (Irene), Nellie and Colin (Paula); her grandchildren, Dana (Nell), David (Doris), Neil (Candis), Scott (Melanie) and Christa (Travis); her great grandchildren, Abigail, Ryder, Aleaha and Aiden; her sister Lida Pretty of Sarnia, Ontario.; and her siblings-in-law, Greta Butt, Leila Anthony, Ethel Pittman and Raymond Pittman (Charyl). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, extended family and friends.

“Hello I know it's been a long time since she asseut I wanted to mention a memory My husband and I and our little girl Kristin ( now 32) lived next door we were there through the national park service your parents had such kind hearts. Daily my daughte then from 1- 4 years old would be in our back yard your mom and dad would call her in to give her a candy . Kristin loved seeing your parents and would call for them at our fence. Kinds souls I will always remember them fondly . Debra Monteith xx”
