He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Pickersgill and Margaret Pickersgill; and his sister Dr. Jane Pickersgill. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Rae; his siblings, Alan Pickersgill (Jeanette Laaning) of Salvage and Ruth Pickersgill McKane (Garth); his nephews, Michael, Dr. Tom Baird of St. John's, Dr. Alan Baird and Peter; his sister-in-law Claudia Carver (Neil Carver) of Waterloo, ON; his nieces and nephews, Matthew of Paris, ON, Fiona, Sarah and Toronto; and his daughter Megan.
