Florence Lydia Gray Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Lydia Gray of Shoe Cove, Newfoundland, who passed away on January 1, 2026 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Florence Lydia Gray to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Osmond and Gladys Osmond; and her siblings, Cora Davis and Walter Osmond. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Gray; her children, Stanley Gray (Janie), Nelson Gray (Pamela) and Paula Osbourne (Richard); her grandchildren, Stacey (BJ), Joshua, Taylor (Tyler), Cody (Chelsey), Keona (Jonathan) and Chloe (Logan); her great grandchildren, Parker, Lucy and Charlee; her siblings, Betty (Stanley), Maude, Lillian (Norman), Pauline (Randolph), Roy (Maisey), Ken (Debbie), Wade, Selby and Paul (Bonnie); and her sisters-in-law, Effie (Lloyd), Rose (James), Marjorie (Baxter), Alma, Katherine and Cathy.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the First United Church. A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
