He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clarke and Phoebe Clarke; his sisters, Susie Richards, Ruby Vokey and Irene Murrin; and his parents-in-law, William and Beatrice Drover.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Rick (Jackie), Goldie (Paul) and Peggy (Corey); his grandchildren, Megan (Andrew), Candias, Allison (Patrick), Amber (Cory) and Jared; his great grandchildren, Rory, McKinley, Harrison, Mason, Cooper and Matilda; and his nephew Robert.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Slade's Funeral Home (488 Conception Bay Hwy, Spaniard's Bay, NL A0A3X0). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the All Saints Anglican Church & Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, donations may be made in his loving memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
