Ruby Gosse Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Gosse (Spaniards Bay, Newfoundland), who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jewer and Mary Jewer; her sisters, Pearl (Sam), Violet (Gordon), Ann, Doris and Irene; her former husband Stanley Barrett; her husband Lawrence Gosse; her daughter Karen Noseworthy, RN; her son-in-law Reg Hayes; and her stepdaughter Christine Cakebread.

She is survived by: her children, Bonne Badcock (Vern), Keith (Dorcas) and Christine Hayes (Vince); her stepchildren, John (Terry), Judy Buttineau (Ted) and Carol Fitzgerald (Tom); her sons-in-law, Blair Noseworthy and Ken Cakebread; her cousin Alice Kelly; her grandchildren, Jason W., Paul, Shelley, Corey, Curtis, Reggie, Trudy, Kimberly, Jason H. and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Dakota, Chloe, Jayda, Alexis, Hailey, Ryker, Rory, Kaelyn, McKenna, Kyle, Aaron, Dylan, Austin, Victor, William, Mya, Hudson and Millie Ruby. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations may be made in her loving memory to Bay Roberts Primary Breakfast Program.
