He was predeceased by: his wife Felicity O'Brien; and his parents, Rudolph Stein and Margaret Stein. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Juliet Anderson (Terry), Simon O'Brien (Pam) and Crispin O'Brien (Tracy); his stepgrandchildren, Laura, Alyssa, Alex, Katie, Mark, Clare, Sarah, Douglas and Anna; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Benjamin and Hannah; his siblings, Dick Stein (Marie) and MaryAnn Muth (Dennis); his nieces and nephews, Jim Stein (Susan), Greg Stein (Laurie), Brian Muth, Donna Dove and Mary Stein; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bennett, Andrew, Loren, Kole, Tyler, Sarah, Emily, Robyn and Kyla; Aleena and Shaylee. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
