He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis; and his parents, John Smith and Gladys Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Greg (Tracy), Gary (Dale), Bob (Heather) and Keith (Nicole); his brothers, Sam (Lorena), Bill (late Gert) and Bob (Diane); his sisters-in-law, Louise Hussey (Roy) and Judy Steele (Chris); his grandchildren, Corinne, Alana, Ian, Andrew, Christina, Sarah, Michael, Amanda and Jacob; and his great grandchild Taylor.
Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Andrew and Phyllis' name to the Alzheimer's Society.
