Annie Sarah Ivey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Annie Sarah Ivey (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 20, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Augustus Leo Ivey; her parents, Ezekiel Whiteway and Mary Jane Whiteway; her siblings, Olive Noftle, Margaret Kennedy, Doris Whiteway Mable Kennedy and Ben Whiteway; and her daughter-in-law Donna Ivey.
She is survived by: her sons, Ed and Gus (Valerie); her brothers, Ed and Gus (Guy); her grandchildren, Amanda (Harding-Ivey), Natalie Smith (Justin), David, Guy, Alan (Heather) and Westley; her stepgrandsons, Patrick and Weston Butler; and her siblings, Doug Whiteway (Gail) and Hilda King (Mark Learning). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Flowers are greatly accepted or donations can be made to the local Alzheimer's society, donation cards will be provided by Barrett's Funeral Home.
