He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cook and Gertrude Cook; his wife Violet; his siblings, Ronald, Clarence, Winifred, Ethel, Allison, Edith and Olive; and his siblings-in-law, Lottie, Olive, Gerald Summers, Maxwell Duffett, Jim Kerwin, Gus Haynes and Michael Gladney.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather; his sister Gertrude (Gladney); and his brothers-in-law, Joe Quinn and John Poole (Margaret). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
No flowers by request but donations in his memory can be made to a charity of one's choice.
