It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Graham Penney (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur and Pearl; and his siblings, Elsie, Evelyn and Gerald.

He is survived by : his wife Verna; his sons, Paul (Jackie) and Douglas; his granddaughters, Kayla and Julia; his sisters-in-law, Edith Clarke (Bruce) and Norma Moores (David); his niece Linda Soper (Gerald); and his close friend Clarence Butt. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

Donations in Arthur's memory may be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation.
