He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur R. Squires and Alice Squires; his brother Eric; and his brother-in-law Stanley Richards. He is survived by: his sisters, Florence Morgan (Donald), Dorothy Clarke (Lewis) and Winnie Lynch; his niece Angela Clarke-Ivany (Todd); and his great-niece Brianna.
