She was predeceased by: her parents, Suzanna Sheppard and Cornelius Sheppard; her son Darryl Trask; her granddaughter Lacey Mercer; and her siblings, Ammon, Doug (Olive), Gord (Loretta), Eli, Mildred Sheppard (Steve) and Alma Whiteway.
She is survived by: her husband Percy; her children, Byron, Tony (Carmel), Clarice Chafe (Allan) and Joanne Mercer (Tommy); her grandchildren, Darryl Chafe (Priscilla), Kimberly Carew (Michael), Alicia Mercer (Matt), Forrest Trask, Nikita Dooling (Mike) and Andrew Noseworthy (Ellen); her great grandchildren, Lillian, Amelia, Jacob and Willow; and her sister Jean Rowe (Kevin). She is also survived by sisters-in-law Bride.
