She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne; her parents, Dr. H. Bliss Murphy and Ruperta Murphy; her son-in-law Matthew Gabriel; and her parents-in-law, Victor and Selena Lundrigan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Gabriel and Robyn (Adam); her stepdaughter Pamela; and her siblings, Robert (Terry), Anne (Dave) and Susan (David). She is also survived by many in-laws, extended family and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre - a manifestation of her father's life's work to provide cancer care in Newfoundland and Labrador.
