She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Humphries and Rhyma Humphries; her brother Eldon Humphries; and her brother-in-law Edgar Kendall. She is survived by: her husband Victor Kendall; her children, Bridget Kendall Power (Andre Power) and Michael Kendall (Pierrette Nantel); her grandchildren, Matthew Power and Olivia Kendall; her sister Cora Vinicombe (Gary); and her mothers-in-law, Lorraine (Clayton Parsons), Emily (Jessie Fudge), Chloe (Dean Giles) and Myrtle Kendall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bessie's memory may be made to the SPCA or a charity of one's choice.
