He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewart Peckford and Allison Peckford; his parents-in-law, James and Violet Rossier; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Rossiter and Dianne Peckford.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughters, Stephanie Matthews (Stephen) and Jill Noel (Dwain); his grandchildren, Alex and Emma; his siblings, Brian (Carol), Sidney (Helen), Larry, Ian and Brenda Walsh (Ed); and his sister-in-law Judy Rossiter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
