He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Belbin and Jessie Belbin (Mercer). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughter Tonya; his grandson Robert; his siblings, Roy (Betty), Reg (Beulah), Ivan (Fronie), David (Pat), Clyde (Wanda), Laurie (Judy) and Greta (Bob Mills); his cousin Eileen (Gerald Strickland); and his siblings-in-law, Roy (Carrie), Don (Marilyn), Betty, Juanita (Ray Whalen), Dale (Zetta) and Renee (Carter Paddock). He is also survived by the cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cuddle Bed Project for Palliative Care. with Eastern Health or the Canadian Cancer Society.
