It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carmel Teresa Dooley (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away at the age of 76, on July 29, 2020. She was predeceased by: her husband William Frances Dooley; her son Clinton; her parents, Alexander Maloney and Gertrude Maloney (Scott); her sisters, Veronica Hearn (Art) and Elizabeth Shivers; her nephew Darryl; Evans, Rose, English, Burke, Shivers, Hearn and Putt.

She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Dooley-Kirby (Christopher); her siblings, Bernadette Maloney and Howard Maloney; her close friend David O'Brien; her cousin Rowena Williams; and her close friends, Sheila, Ann, Lorraine, Jeannie, Maureen, Mary, Daphne and Kay. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Cremation to take place, but due to Covid, a private funeral service will take place at a later date.

In lie of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Janeway, or to The Bowring Park foundation.
