She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Johnston and Ruth Johnston (Vavasour). She is survived by: her husband Jack Rolls (John); her children, Diane Rolls and Duane Rolls (Julie Courchaine); her siblings, Betty Ann Starkes (Bob) and Robert Johnston (Carol); Madeline, Lyla and Vivian.

Visitation and final goodbyes can be said on Friday July 29, 2022 from 1:00pm to 6:00 pm at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, St. John's. At the family's request, masks are recommended.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's memory can be made to charity of one's choice.
