The passing of Catherine Yvonne Bradbury (St John's, Newfoundland), born in Bonavista, Newfoundland leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on December 5, 2025 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Abbott and Phyllis Abbott of Bonavista, NL; her brothers, Duncan Abbott and Glen Abbott; and her brothers-in-law, David Bradbury and Robert Bradbury.
She is survived by: her husband Don; her daughters, Denise and Nicole; and her grandsons, Wesley and Cyrus. She is also survived by sons in law, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. James United Church (330 Elizabeth Ave, St. John's, NL A1B1T9). A reception will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
