It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charles Pearcey (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away at the age of 82, on April 18, 2020. He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Wayne Pear. He is survived by: his children, Carleen Noftall (Chris), Blair (Karon) and Christopher (Penny); his grandchildren, Samantha, Justin, Matthew, Kayla, Jonah, Avery, Nevaeh and Carter; his siblings, Carl Pearcey (late Rose) and Gloria Morgan (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Thelma Brake (John), Lida Pear and Albert Pear (Shirley). He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic restrictions a celebration of Charles' life will be held at a later date.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Autism Society of NL or the Gathering Place.

“We are so truly sorry for your loss. My husband and I know Charl through Madison Diesel, my husband knew him more then I but we both had a good few visits with him at the stage, boy did he love that place. My mom also grew up with Charl, Art, Phillis and others in the family so I’ve heard the Pearcey name many times before I even met them. Charl was a well loved man by my husband and I and we will surly miss seeing him on our walks in the Battery. Love: Juergen and Lynette Hattenhauer”
