Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Cheryl Ashford (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away at the age of 73, on August 28, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Graham and Doris; and her siblings, Carol (Norm) and Graham (Debby). She is survived by: her husband Max; her children, Nancy and Andrew (Nicole); her grandchildren, Sadie, Charlotte, William and Grant; her siblings, Celeste (Chris), Charlyn (Jack), Greg (Sandi), Rick (late Brenda), Ken (Brenda), Rod (Gerri) and Mark (Gail); and her friends, Ed, Dale Sweetapple, Mary Holloway, Terry and Barb Wambolt.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Chapel.
Cheryl requested that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
