He was predeceased by: his son David; and his wife Mary West Pratt. He is survived by: his brother Philip (Kitty); his children, John (Tracy), Anne (Dean), Barbara and Ned (Andrée); his grandchildren, Katherine (Adam), Elizabeth (Scott), Christopher (Sarita), Keir (Kate), Christina (Kyle), Alexander (Jessica), Jacob (Sarah), Claire (Dan), Phillip (Laura), Isabel and Nathan; his great grandchildren, Thomas, Henry and Natalie; his granddaughter Brenda Kielley; his cousins, Peter Dawe, Janet Gardiner (Dawe) and Sonia Ryan (Dawe); and his caregivers, Cathy Reid, Jean Smith, Samantha Didham, Tracey Williams, Jennifer Lewis, Practitioner Cheryl Goulding, Jaclyn O'Reilly, Julie Luffman, Meghan Dunphy and Holyrood Clinics.
