She was predeceased by: her husbands, Clyde Parsons and George Walker; her siblings, Carol White (Steve), Peter Mercer and Lloyd Mercer (Merdina); her siblings-in-law, Judy Parsons, Jim Walker and Bob Walker; her parents, Duncan Mercer and Edith Mercer; and her in-laws, Gideon and Olive Parsons.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Norm Marsden; her brother Roger Mercer (Karen); her children, Nancy and Richard (Sharon); her grandsons, Richard Jr. and Jonathan; her stepchildren, Sheri Makela (Anthony), Kevin Walker (Amanda), Trevor Walker and Terilynn Wilson; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl LeBlanc (Bert), Cheryl Walker, Bernice Walker, Maureen Vokey, Bill Parsons, Clayton Parsons (Cathy), Barry Parsons (Penny) and Norm Walker (Toni).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Carnell's Funeral Home (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3).
