He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Rouse and Margaret Rouse; his brother David Rouse (Cheryl Rouse); and his aunts, Nellie Snook and Lillian Simmonds.

He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Peddle; his children, Glynn Rouse (Alejandra Villamil) and Jill Gordon (Keith); the mother of his children Barbara Earle; his stepchildren, Robyn Peddle (Darren Critch) and Chad Peddle (Ashley McLeod); his grandchildren, Tyler, Jenna, Joshua, Jared, Timea, Peyton, Nellie and Lola; his friends, Peter, Sharon Smyth, John and Lisa Turpin; Clarence Snook.
