David William Lucas Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 14, 2026, at the age of 70, David William Lucas (St John's, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chesley Lucas and Margaret Lucas; his siblings, Teddy, Norman, Robert, Martha Lacey (Pat), Junette Mealey (Pat) and Irene Edwards (Bob); and his brother-in-law Wayne Hussey.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Laurie, Shelly (Mike Evans) and Heather (Chris Duff); his grandchildren, Natalie, Emma, Owen, Andrew and Ethan; his brothers, Ches (Rose) and John (Sandra); and his siblings-in-law, Ingrid, Evelyn, Marie, Lillian (Dave) and Freeman (Margaret). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
