He was predeceased by: his parents, Weston Perry and Mollie Perry; his brother Roger Perry; his father-in-law Gordon Forward; and his brother-in-law Keith Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Steven (Roberth), Susan (James) and Scott (Codi); his grandchildren, Layla, Jack and Scarlett; his siblings, Derek (Dolly), Ralph Alan (Ann) and Carol (Gerard); his in-laws, Gord Forward and Linda Moore; his mother-in-law Jean Forward; his siblings' children, Ayla, Mark, Joey, Keven, Lydia, Natalie, Michelle, Caroline, Kasandra, Michael, Perry, Keith, Chad, Corey, Colin, Trevor and Adam; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Jake, Ava, Penny, Alice and Romi; his close friends, Jim, Rhonda Marshall, Bryan and Colleen Murphy; and his caregiver Dave.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barrett's Funeral Homes - St. John's (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Barrett's Chapel (328 Hamilton Ave, St. John's, NL A1E1J9).
