We are sad to announce that, on December 17, 2024, at the age of 82, Derek George Andrews (St John's, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phyllis Andrews and Alex Andrews; his sister Judy Starkes (Herm); and his sister-in-law Trudy Austin. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Austin); his sister Pamela Andrews; his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Snelgrove (Norm), Barbara Byrne (Rick), Jill Taylor (Robert), Janet Evans (Ralph) and Herman Starkes; and his caregiver Chloe Foley.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Junior Curling Program at the Remax Centre, St. John's or the St. John's SPCA.
