He is survived by: his brother John (Sandra); his sibling's children, Leslie, Christopher, Andrew, Bernice Jamer (Bill) and Kenneth Jenkins (Marcie); his sister-in-law Diane (Fred Frampton); and his family, Dr. Sandi Ennis and Dr. Kim Babb.
