He is survived by: his wife Rosalind Carew; his children, Bernadette Noftall (Scott), Rosalind Brown (Doug), Donald Jr. (Charlene) and Elizabeth (Chris); his grandchildren, Anthony, Daniel, Douglas, Amber, Haley, Jessica and Erika; his sisters, Beth, Marg, Sheila and Carmel; his brothers-in-law, Mike, Pat, Doug, Jim and Jerome; Rhonda Hollett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
