She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Lloyd; her sons, Paul (Kerry) and Darrell (Sarah); her grandchildren, Chelsea, Emily, Allyson, Katey, Chase and Cruz; her daughter-in-law Jennifer; her siblings, Barbara (Snowden), Sophie (late David) and Stewart (Christine); and her siblings-in-law, Shirley and Glenn (Alice Murphy). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
In place of flowers, donations in Carrie's memory may be made to the Anglican Church of the Good Samaritan.
