He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Tilley and Jane Tilley; his siblings, Shirley Ryder, Gerald and Roy Tilley; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Tilley and Calvin Ryder.

He is survived by : his wife Gertie; his daughter Sue Ann Tilley; his sister Audrey Tilley; and his sister-in-law Marion Tilley.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Doug's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation.
