As Edgar departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Edgar may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Edgar leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Rideout and Minnie Rideout (Short); his sisters, Amelia Rhoda Hodder, Vida Van Blarcom, Velma Kelley and Verna Hodder; and his nieces and nephews, Earl Kelley, Daniel Van Blarcom, Lloyd Hodder, Amy Van Blarcom and Blanche Hodder.
He is survived by: his cousin Donald Rideout (Edgar). He is also survived by 10 nephews and 8 nieces, and many extended family.
