It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Doris (Skinner) Woodland (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on April 11, 2026, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce; her children, Bruce Jr. and Renee; her parents, George Skinner and Anne Skinner; and her siblings, Stella (Gordon), Jesse (Irene) and Seymour (Pat).
She is survived by: her caregiver Karen; her sons, Robert (Heather) and Gordon (Bonnie); her son-in-law Geoff Young; her grandchildren, Matthew (Karen), Meghan, Gregory (Katie), Andrew (Janine), Mark (Melanie), Julie, Emily (Justin) and Timothy; her great grandchildren, Eric, Lauren, Luke, Clara, Charlotte, Renee, Anna, Lucy, Chloe, Sarah, Kate, Hank and Will; her niece Elizabeth Waye; and her nephew George Ivany.
