It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Bennett (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Jessie; his brothers, Bernard, Brian and Gerry; and his siblings-in-law, Gerard and Carol.

He is survived by: his wife Millie; his sons, Michael (Rhonda) and Tony (Renée); his grandchildren, Grace, Ryan and Sam; his siblings, Peter (Sadie), Joe (Annette) of St. John's and Janet of Halifax; his sisters-in-law, Evelyn of Halifax, Eleanor of St. John's and Patty Godden of The Goulds, NL.; and his friends, Leo and Lorraine McGrath. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
