He was predeceased by: his wife Stella; his parents, Harry Rockwood and Elizabeth Rockwood; and his sisters, Pamela Hanson and Edna Spurrell.
He is survived by: his children, John (Lenora) of Paradise, Dennis (Yasmine) of St. John's, Paul of Gander Bay, Dale Rockwood of St. John's and Elizabeth Rockwood of St. John's; his siblings, Ron Rockwood of St. John's, Syd Rockwood (Joan Rockwood) of Ottawa, Andy Buckley (Liz Luckley), Irene Eddy of St. John's, Trudy (Shawn) and Judy (Sam) of St. John's; and his grandchildren, Eddy, Jonathan, Melissa, Justin, Tracey, Raven, Joshawa and Steven.
