Edward Rees Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Rees (St John's, Newfoundland), who passed away on November 2, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Edward farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Edward is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He is survived by: his sons, Jody, Scott and Chris; the mother of his children Gloria Cleary-Rees (Harry); and his siblings, Dave (Barbie), George (Colleen) and Agnes (Mark). He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the 13th Christine's Lounge (210 Lemarchant Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2H6).
