Though Effie Jean may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Effie Jean touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her husband Albert; her children, Albert and Deidre; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Madison and CJ; and her siblings, Harv, Elizabeth and Violet.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Anglican Cemetery (23-1 Empire Ave, St. John's, NL A1C3E4).
