She is survived by: her children, Sharon (Bill), Debbie (Mike), Lori (Leslie), Keith (Lauren) and Brian (Kimberley); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Amanda, Emily, Heather, Sarah, Elsie, Julie, Ryan, Bradley, Tim, Robert and Eric; her great grandchildren, Abby, Alex, Asher, Emma, Ruby and Lenny; and her siblings, Emmie (Eddie) and Walter (Patricia).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Effie's memory can be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital.
