She is survived by: her sons, Lance Pynn (Winnie), Greg Chafe (Denise), Robert Chafe (Chris Jagger) and Jason Chafe (Julie); her grandchildren, Andrea O'Gorman (Joe), Nick Chafe (Dragon Kobvack), Connor and Samantha Chafe; her great grandchildren, Colton, Grady O'Gorman and Karma Kobvack; and her sister Cassie Patey (Eldon).
Donations may also be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in her name or in honour of her son Howard.
