She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel; her parents, Alfred Chafe and Mary Jo Chafe; and her siblings, Harvey, Stanley, Chesley, Phyllis Hennessey and Mabel Kavanagh.
She is survived by: her children, Peter (Eileen), Yvonne Whiteway (Tony), Neil (Narrdda), Debbie McClement (Mike) and JoAnne Wood (John); and her siblings, Ralph, Alonzo and Vera Kennedy. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
