He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel; his parents, Virtue Squires and William Squires; his sister Joan; his brother-in-law Ivan Mesh; his brother Bill Squires; his brothers-in-law, Eric Chafe (Mary), Max Chafe, Donny Chafe and Howard Pack; and his sister Lori.
He is survived by: his children, Rennie, Valerie (Steve) and Jennifer (Adam); his grandchildren, Holly, Ben and Sam; his niece Glenda Pack (Peter); his sisters-in-law, Marion Chafe and Sarah Pack; and his close friends, Ray Campbell and Jackie Gillett. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and close friends.
