He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen Garland; and his parents, John Garland and Florrie Garland. He is survived by: his sons, John (Cindy), Gary (late Elaine), Scott (Donna) and Charles (Roseann); and his grandchildren, Keri Lynn, Robyn, Renee, Thomas, Stephanie, Billy and Stacey. He is also survived by 6 beautiful great grandchildren and many relatives and friends.
