He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Roxanne Rose; his father Aloysius Rose; his brother Terry Rose; his mother-in-law Jean Budgell; his brother-in-law Brian Murphy; his daughter Lynsey Rose; his mother Mary Rose; his siblings, Cathy Martin (Paul), Derek Rose (Arlene) and Stephen Rose; his siblings-in-law, Patricia Rose, Glennys Delaney, Elaine Budgell (Gerald), Bev Lieverse (John), Betty Murphy (Woody), Miranda Budgell and Bill Budgell; and his father-in-law Bert Delaney.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Carnell's Funeral Home (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the S. A. Cemetery (329 Freshwater Rd, St. John's, NL A1B1C3).
In lieu of flowers donations in Rick's name can be made to the Vera Perlin Society at 40 O'Leary Avenue, St John's, NL A1E 3Y3.
