She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Collingwood; her parents, Edwin Wheeler and Catherine (Kitty); and her friend Walter "Tubby" Collins. She is survived by: her sons, Peter (Debbie) and Jeff (Margie); her grandchildren, Tim (Heather), Sam (Chase), Susan, Emma (Jon) and Ben (Erin); her close friend Carol Ann Mallam; her pet Arno; and her caregivers, Metia, Christianah, Jacki and Fridays. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Church (8 Military Rd, St. John's, NL A1C2B8). A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Anglican Cemetery (23-1 Empire Ave, St. John's, NL A1C3E4).
