She was predeceased by : her husband Bill (William); and her son Arthur. She is survived by : her daughters, Cynthia (Derek) and Carol (Bruce); her daughter-in-law Gail (Bill); her grandchildren, Andrea (Geoff), Dan (Heather), Steven, Audrey (Dan) and Alison (Liam); and her great grandchildren, Emily (Matt), Josh, Kingsley, Jubelaine and Declan.

Donations in honor of Florence may be made to the Diabetes Association of Newfoundland and Labrador.
