He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Winsor and Anne Winsor (Hillier); his wife Karen Webber; his sons, Haakon (CJ Woodford), Peg Webber (late John) and Jan Nelson; his nephews, Scott (Stacey) and Jamie; his cousins, Judy (Dave), Maureen (Doug), Andrea (Ron), Edna (Tim), Miriam (Jim), Allan, Jacqueline, Gloria (Bob), Maxine, Jeannette, Leslie (Sandy), Margaret and Elizabeth; and his friends, Peyton Chisholm, Kevin and Stuart Squires of Cape Breton.
