He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick A and Gertrude; and his siblings, John, Gertrude A and Ursula Ebsary.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherry Humby; his children, Colleen (Dave), Cherie (Barrie) and Fred Jr. (Lisa); his sisters, Glenda Lee (Jim) and Edith (Alex); his sister-in-law Catherine (John); and his granddaughters, Jessica (Colin) and Gracie. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, close family friends.
Flowers will be accepted, or donations in Frederick's memory may be made to Canadian Heart and Stroke, or to the Lung Association.
